Generate Stage
The Generate Stage is comprised of the 2 week
Bootcamp session. The first week contains
1 week of business education provided by Union
Graduate College (UGC) School
of Management professors. The education is
comprised of the fundamentals of marketing,
operations, and finance. The purpose of
instruction is to educate entrepreneurs on how
to incorporate the primary disciplines of an
organization into a legitimate business plan.
Leadership seminars will also be conducted in
the first week in order to provide entrepreneurs
with the tools neccessary to become effective
leaders in their organizations. The second week
pairs entrepreneurs with mentors from Innogen’s
professional team in order to complete a
comprehensive business plan. At the end of the 2
weeks, entrepreneurs will present their
completed business plans to the Innogen Board of
Directors. |
